BIOGRAPHY

Keitha Vanessa Johnson known as Keitha V, Christian Comedian, and inspirational speaker is a native of Phenix City, Alabama, and a graduate of University of Alabama. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism. She honored America for 20 years by serving, with distinction, as a commissioned officer in the United States Army.

Keitha V has been blessed with the gift of humor. She is funny, witty and spontaneous. Some say that Keitha V has been performing on the “stage of life” since early childhood. Keitha V writes Christian comedy that teaches, enlightens and encourages all through humor. Keitha V regularly supports local churches and community service organizations by providing soul stirring, knee slapping, belly busting performances to support a variety of events.

She has performed nationally and internationally. Most recently, Keitha V opened for Richard Smallwood at Delta Sigma Theta National Convention’s Gospel Fest. Another career highlight for Keitha V was her performance at the Martin Luther King Celebration’s 2002 for the United States Navy at Roosevelt Roads Naval Station in Puerto Rico and Hawaii

Keitha V is also an insightful inspirational speaker. She was a keynote speaker alongside Mikki Taylor at the Art of Good Living Mother/Daughter Retreat in Tucson, Arizona. She was the Teen Summit Leader for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Montgomery County Chapter in Silver Spring, Maryland. She also has served as the co-host of Eye on D.C., a Washington D.C. cable talk show and emceed numerous social and military functions.

Currently Keitha V is the president of “A Time To Laugh Ministries, LLC”, Springfield, Virginia. Keitha V is committed to community service and is a lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is a member of Antioch Baptist Church, Fairfax Station, Virginia.

Although Keitha V has been blessed to be successful in all her endeavors, she believes that God has given her the ability to significantly impact the lives of others for his kingdom building through the gift of humor. To that end, Keitha V gives God ALL THE GLORY!
